Cultural Day Celebration – 2022
The celebration of Nigeria Cultural Day is a highly anticipated event in many secondary schools across the nation. It is a day set aside to promote unity and cultural diversity among students.
The event was organized by Clasam Academy to bring students from different cultural backgrounds together in order to celebrate their unique traditions and heritage.
It was an interesting event, students dressed up in their various cultural attires, showcasing the beauty and richness of Nigeria’s cultural diversity.
It was a beautiful sight to behold as students paraded in their colorful traditional attire, dancing, participating in all sort of didactic and entertaining activities.
The celebration was not just about dressing up in cultural attires; students also prepared and shared traditional meals. Each cultural group prepared their traditional dishes and shared them amidst peers. The air was filled with the aroma of varieties of food such as Amala, Vegetable soup, Tuwo, Afang soup and other delicious meals.
The culinary ability of each students were graded accordingly and students gathered around to taste and appreciate the unique flavors of each other’s dishes.
One of the highlights of the day was the cultural dance competition. Each cultural group showcased their traditional dance moves and competed for the top prize. The competition was fierce, and the judges had a tough time deciding the winner. It was an exciting and entertaining event that kept everyone on their feet, cheering for their favorite team.
What made the celebration even more remarkable was how it brought together students from different cultural backgrounds. Regardless of their cultural differences, students bonded over their shared love for their country’s heritage.
